These add in a lot of variety and can help to mimic other movements on a cable stack you may not be able to traditionally do without. I like using these to extend my cable length and do some cable crossovers during hypertrophy blocks. These are rated for 22 Kilonewtons of weight (almost 5,000 lbs)!
I also really like these instead of buying a suspension system like TRX. Can easily be strapped up to a high anchor and used in place of that.
