Fun little grip toy. First time using something similar was at the Massenomics booth at the Arnold. Not a necessary home gym item but fun to challenge your friends with.

A worse copy of the EliteFTS SS Yoke. This bar is not as good as the Elite, but decent for the price when I purchased it. The chrome coating is cheap and flaking, but the pad feels decent enough. I use this bar weekly in the last 5 years or so and it has held up well other than cosmetically. If I could go back I would just bite the bullet and buy the original made by Elite.

This is a pretty decent curl bar. Definitely an upgrade to that cheap chrome curl bar that the curl bar fairy dropped off in your gym. That being said this thing is barely "rackable" in my Rogue rack. It worked well in my 47" wide Titan T3 rack I previously owned. Finish is decent, knurl feels grippy but not amazing.

This platform works just as well as any other offerings from higher end companies. This is a bolt together that can also be bolted down to the floor so you can utilize bands. Some defects upon arrival and the packaging could have been better. Often on sale

Awesome design for any home gym! The artwork on this one really pops in my small basement gym.

This is a very well built squat rack. Very stable as is. I do wish there was an easier way to bolt it down like they offer in the Monster lite version.

I bought these to specifically help with the eccentric portion of pressing movements which is a known weakness of mine. These allow you to overload the first rep. The quality is great as you'd expect with Rogue. They have very little versatility unless you're Rick Boogs. Overall fun to use.
