I got use this at The Dam Shed with Big Cam. These are not as easy as they appear! 45lbs one hand? Easy. 100lbs two hands? Not a damn chance.
I kinda want one for my gym tbh.

If you want a unique way to work on grip strength that also doubles as a conversational piece, the horse stall gripper from Massenomics fits the bill. Just beware, it really highlights how good or bad you are at grip work, no in between.

I enjoy telling my coworkers I’m on the same strength leaderboard as Brian Shaw. I don’t tell them that he’s essentially at the top and I’m essentially at the bottom. Of course they don’t even know who Brian Shaw is but it makes it sound cool.

Makes my fingers hurt. Comes with a free online leaderboard to fuel your obsession with defeating the rest of the Crü (especially big Jenilee, who is inexplicably good at this)

Where to begin. This is where our obsession with leaderboards began? This brought back a spark in my life I didn’t know was missing. Each day I thought can I add more weight to this and try to beat my friends? Should I take time out of my regular training to do stall mat grip work? This made life fun again. Haven’t quite decided if it’s a true pinch grip or something else. Highly recommend giving it a go if you haven’t.

Without a doubt, the most fun you can have with your clothes on. Buy one, lift one, get on the Massenomics Official Records page!

This thing is a brutal test of grip strength and pain tolerance. My wife loves it because she is stronger than me on it.

If there was one lift to judge a persons strength it would be the horse stall mat gripper. Tanner personally cuts all of these with a razor and assembles them in his living room. High quality test of strength right here.

The ultimate test of grip and grit. The odor is just a bonus. Watch out for those fingernails!

If it's good enough for Brandon Doyle and Brian Shaw to train on, then it's certainly good enough for me. Stores very easily. Can probably be used as as a coaster or gym flooring in an emergency.
