Kentucky basement gym dweller. Massenomics certified training facility — 1st round. Second coolest Brandon in a basement, by far. The gym began in 2018 with the understanding of his wife that it would be a simple 4-post power rack, a barbell, flat bench, and a few hundred pounds of weight. That soon changed to searching Marketplace and buying equipment to make the best tiny strength facility he could afford. In the beginning, he would buy whatever budget item he could to get the job done. He always strives to favor the movement over equipment. He’s now at the stage where space is very limited and he’s upgrading things one piece at a time.

We have these kettlebells at work and they do the job great. I like the design and the build quality is what you’d expect. We have had zero issues out of these kettlebells

I believe this is an underrated machine for the home gym. This adds lots of value in terms of sissy squats, hip thrusts, and single leg movements with the roller that can be put on either side of the machine. Purchased to help my glutes as I’m built like Hank Hill. It’s built like tank. It did have wheels on one side and can be propped up easily out of the way. So much variety in one machine for the amount of accessories you can do. Value wise it’s pretty expensive. If I didn’t purchase second hand I doubt it would be in the gym.

I have four of these to hold my power bars. It holds them just fine. Just like anything you mount into a stud or structure you need to make sure it’s completely level so your barbells hang straight. There is UHMW on the bottom where the barbell rests but not on the back where the sleeve rests- not something I care about

This is a good leg machine. It kinda feels like a hybrid between a leg press and hack squat. The plate is pretty big and you can adjust the angle. There are similar ones out now that are a little better value. The one I use at work is pretty old. It’s built well enough and it gets the job done at a smaller footprint

This is a good box, especially for functional movements or high box squats. The cover has held up well with moderate use. Also makes an outstanding place to hold your beverages when there isn’t a drink spotter around.
