Welcome to Gym Radar. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gym Radar website and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using Gym Radar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gym Radar. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account

Gym Radar is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3. User-Generated Content

Gym Radar allows users to submit content, including gym profiles, photos, equipment lists, reviews, and other materials (“User Content”).

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You agree that your content:

  • Is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • Does not infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Does not contain false, misleading, or defamatory information
  • Does not include spam, malicious links, or unauthorized advertising
  • Does not impersonate another person or entity

4. Content License

By submitting content to Gym Radar, you grant Gym Radar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

You retain ownership of your content.

5. Content Moderation

Gym Radar reserves the right—but does not have the obligation—to review, remove, or modify User Content at any time for any reason, including content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.

We do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed before being published.

6. Community Standards

You agree to use Gym Radar in a respectful and constructive manner. Harassment, abuse, impersonation, and attempts to manipulate rankings or visibility are not permitted.

7. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services

Gym Radar may include affiliate links and links to third-party websites. Gym Radar does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

Purchases made through affiliate links are governed by the third party’s terms and policies.

8. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and useful information, Gym Radar does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any content on the Service.

All information is provided for informational purposes only.

9. Assumption of Risk

Using gym equipment and engaging in fitness activities involves inherent risk. Gym Radar does not provide fitness, medical, or safety advice.

You acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with equipment use and training decisions.

10. Termination

Gym Radar may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or community.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to the Service

Gym Radar may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Gym Radar makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gym Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gym Radar from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
