I think this is a great competition bar, especially for the value. The knurling feels great. I am not sure how Hansu makes money on this bar. I would recommend this over buying an Eleiko for your comp training, especially if budget is a concern.

Good barbell jack. At the time of purchase it was the cheapest I could find. This is a good example of something that you dont need to be fancy, you just need it to be made of strong metal tubing. Knock a little off of build quality, not the fanciest welds and the little UHMW pad squares where the barbell is supported are always twisting.

This is a go to for me for tricep cable work. I can't really think of anything that I don't like about it for this price. Not as nice as super premium offerings out there but very solid.

There are cheaper made options out there but this thing is a beast. Spud has great quality and the exercises are unlimited with this. I use it almost every lifting day.

This definitely gets the job done. A few years back when I got this, there was not a lot of options unless you went with something commercial or something expensive. At that time it had incredible value. The pulleys are smooth and the machine is relatively stable under heavy weight. I have the plate loaded option.

Good little piece. Super similar to the Abmat version. This one was cheaper at the time when pricing them out.
