The gold standard. Aggressive knurl, feels great on the back.

I bought this deadlift bar when it was heavily discounted. Before I bought it, others had told me that these bars in particular had some issues where some bars would have aggressive knurl and others more passive. When I received this bar I compared it with my Rogue Ohio deadlift bar. The knurl is very comparable but a little more aggressive than the Ohio and feels great in the hand. The whip is good also. Overall a great deadlift bar from a small American company for a great price.

I think the possibilities are endless with this type of thing. I have mine hung horizontally on some studs and use it to hold bands, change plates, and other accessories. In the past I used it as a homemade belt squat lever.

I have the #2-#4 gripper set. These are of high quality and enjoyable to train with.

I have several pairs of collars in my gym. Anytime I am going for a PR squat or deadlift I only use these. These collars hold tighter than a dolphins blowhole.

These are pretty cool plates. They have handles and are SUPER thin. They are a little sloppier, tolerance wise than the absolutely perfect Strength Co plates I have. I have a custom pair from Home Gym Con and the paint quality on them is excellent. I would recommend these plates for the right person.

This is a proven barbell. This was may daily driver for a long time until the Texas 29mm Power Bar came out. The knurling is grippy, but I would not call it aggressive. My bar has not oxidized or rusted in the 7 years of being in my basement and used weekly.

This keeps my dumbbells off the floor. I use it to hold my powerblocks that go up to 90 lbs. As others have stated, when trying to use power blocks it’s hard to select any weight over 70 lbs. due to the stand having a lip that won’t allow you to select the lower settings. One work around is cutting some sections of horse stall mat out as a liner for the stand that will raise the height and fix that issue. Overall it’s very sturdy and does its job. Unfortunately it takes some ingenuity to make it a better product or I would have given a better rating.
