They’re fine, depending how you set them up for bands they move around quite a bit. Would be nice if they were magnetic or something so they don’t move so much. Overall works fine to add some accommodating resistance just as Louie intended.

Solid j hooks that easily fit on a rep rack. Already has a good UHMW coating so it won’t scratch up your rack. Taller than the 1.0s so the positioning is different, but that doesn’t really matter.

It’s basically a classic 28.5mm Texas powerbar with dual ring marks. The knurling is supposed to be slightly less aggressive than the power bar, but my cerakote All American vs cerakote powerbar are very comparable, that is to say that this bar works great as a powerbar as well. If you could only have only barbell and want to be able to do some powerlifting and Olympic lifting this is great for it.

What can I say besides it’s strong as a house with the best knurling. I have a green cerakote 28.5mm and it’s my go to powerbar. The knurling is still strong with the cerakote but doesn’t kill your hands after heavy use.

I have the 150lb bag filled to 170 so it’s not too floppy. The texture of the bag is nice, it’s less slick and slippery than the Cerberus that most gyms have. With sales and discount codes they used to be a little cheaper than most bags, however now with everything going on, there are additional duties added to everything being shipped from Canada to the US so the price is way more expensive. If you can get them for a good price they are my favorite sandbags.

Bought a bare steel boneyard bar for $150. No rust after 2 years in the garage. Knurling is very aggressive, to the point that I think the shaft could actually be from an aggro bar. Sturdy bar and good deal if you can get a used one or boneyard version. I prefer a Texas powerbar over it, but it’s nice to have both options.

My strength co plates are made in the USA. The go to plates of my garage gym. I have all of them from 1.25s up to 45s, even the original pre-release 35 lb prototypes that I won in a contest. Great plates from a great brand. Perfect design. Smooth yet easy to grip.

Ever since I bought these, they have been the go to collars in my gym. They work on speciality bars (elite fts ssb, axle bars, etc.) and all regular power bars. Easy to take on and off and easily clamp them down. I bought the magnetic ones which keeps them aligned with the plates on the bar, and easy to stick to the rack as you load plates.
