Smooth yet easy to grip. I have used these many times over the years at the LHLE and a few lifts at massenomics gym. If I had to replace all the plates in my gym with something that manufactured today these would be it. One of the few American made plates that check all the box’s for me.

These plates live up to the hype- they look cool, they sound good, they are basically invincible. Can't wait to add more to my gym.

Easily the best plates I have used. They have lasted years, have minimal wear, and make a great clunk when you need them to. I have a pair of the 100s and 45s I picked up at the Arnold

Not much to say here that has not already been said.... Great plates from a Great Company!

These are plates are both smooth and easy to grip. Very premium feel and appearance. The main watch out is that the tighter center hole size will make these plates incompatible with certain pieces of equipment like cheaper loading pins.

The go to plates of Massenomics gym. One day I'll own a set.

My strength co plates are made in the USA.
The go to plates of my garage gym. I have all of them from 1.25s up to 45s, even the original pre-release 35 lb prototypes that I won in a contest. Great plates from a great brand. Perfect design. Smooth yet easy to grip.

I only have a pair of the 1.25lb plates myself but I have used a full set at other gyms up to their classic 45 pounders and hundos. Very high quality plates, classic design, American made. You can’t ask for much more than that! If I ever had to start my gym over and not outfit it with my vintage Yorks, I would go to the Strength Co for sure.

Smooth yet easy to grip, slim but rugged. The best iron plates on the market, made in America and electro coated to perfection. Tight manufacturing tolerances (not calibrated) these plates will outlive you and look great in your gym while doing so!

These are my favorite plates I’ve ever owned. For iron pound plates, they have tight tolerance on the barbell sleeve. The E coat has held up great over the past couple years and the finish still looks great. These plates were weighed when I first got them and are all very close to stated weight, which is not the norm with iron plates in general. They are well worth the price tag. They are also fairly thin by plate standards. Overall, a great product.
