These offer a huge quality of life improvement for loading top loaded farmers, yoke, silver dollar deadlift, and anything where plates are vertically sandwiched together. Some plates to have more defined notches that give a gap between plates, but most plates will have little to no seam between them when top loaded. These offer a tad of space to make unloading so much easier. They also provide a bit of protection between plate on plate contact, but I’m less worried about that.

It’s not an insult. It’s a badge of honor, or rather a flag of honor. Great print quality and flag material. Smaller size which I prefer for filling out the home gym walls.

These feel the same as every other pair I’ve tried. My straps don’t have number indicators on them which makes getting the length the same on the 2 more work. I think I saw they updated this, but double check. If you want rings these will work, but be sure to get straps with the numbers for more ease of use.

5.11 trainer is my go to vest, but when I saw this in a bin store for under $5 I couldn’t afford not to get it in case a guest needed a weight vest as well. I only use my 5.11 a couple times a year and this is about the same. I’ll typically keep them both loaded at a different weight so I have options for pull-ups and dips. Comfortable enough and fine to load. At the price I see it at online I’d say go with the 5.11 trainer (not the normal 5.11).

For those who can still have fun in their gym and aren’t to busy going to war with the bar. Good quality print and material. Also a great smaller size as most flags for the gym are huge.

I absolutely love this. They are a must for a vertical barbell stand. Just a great added level of protection that you will notice when you put that first bar back in. I find it really helps with heavier specialty bars like a log. Those tend to be much heavier and you are wrestling it back into the stand anyway. Keeps it from slamming into the bottom.

I found it for cheap on FBMP and I didn’t have anything from Kabuki in the gym prior so I picked it up. I had a single vertical wall mount barbell holder I put it in and it basically hasn’t come out since. When I first got it I sliced my finger on the threads very bad and almost needed stitches. Even if you have enough space indoors to use it, you won't feel confident that you won’t smash into something. I understand the intent behind the product, but I don’t find much benefit that I can’t get from plate halos. I will say it was the first time I got my hands on kabuki knurling and that has made me want their power bar. It looks cool in my gym so I’ll keep it, but I don’t recommend it for 99% of people.

Prior to this pad, I’d do hip thrusts with an axle bar as it dug into my hip bones less. I find this pad it much more comfortable for hip thrusts. You often see people folding yoga mats or their hoodie to make some cushion. Just get this pad if you train hip thrusts with any regularity. It’s a good value and does the job really well.
