After several years of using sketchy diy setups for box squats, I am happy to have something I can put more trust in for heavier squats. I am not sure of the price of a comparable product, but retail cost on this is a tough sell. If you have box squats regularly in the rotation, I do recommend you get a product that is made for it or to put some thought into your diy to keep it safe. As for this one specifically, it’s built like a tank, but also equally as difficult to move around. Keep this close to where you intend on using it. Changing the height is a pain and take some finagling due to each foot being independent. I’d recommend turning it upside down to change height, but it’s a pain to do that as well.

I’m sure any hip circle will do, but if you want to lean into the smelly bell era of 2014 again then get these. I like these a lot for warming up my hips for squats and to get a bit of additional glute activation during light weight warm ups. Throw them on for heavier weight for a humbling exercise in keeping you knees out.

If you want to participate in the #OrangeCrushChallenge then you are going to need a pair of these. The name for these really explains them well. It is an extreme grip using these. More of a novelty or for those with large hands who want to see what’s it’s like for the rest of us.

Most people might skip these and go straight to the blue ones. I do think the blue is a great grip, but these are a realistic size to set and forget on your dumbbells to kick up the difficulty just a tad. These are also a good gym gift price. Add it to the wish list or make it part of an impulse buy.

I love this jack. The main selling point is how light it is. In a home gym with limited space, it’s hard to justify a full size jack. With how light this is, it’s easy to move about. I hang mine on my barbell gun rack upside down and it’s out of the way, but not a pain at all to move to get to my bars. It does have a tendency to flip back if you don’t put it down easy when it does not have a bar on it. Only change I want to see is for there to be rollers on where the bar goes like the BOS jack. It’s a bit pricy, but it’s a high end product for sure.

I like how these have a more realistic feel to them. Makes this historic lift something you can replicate a bit more at home. Very strong and durable. These will hurt your hands, but that’s just part of the Dinnie work.

These are very easy to setup for sled and truck pulls. The strap is a bit long for sled work, but it makes it perfect for a truck pull. No issues with any of the materials. Soud picks high durability items. I have confidence this will outlast me.

Solid build quality with a good powder coating that helps with cleans. Not a big fan of the larger handles, but same may like them. Once you get in this price range I prefer MBPC, but this works great for a 10” log.
