Don’t get this. It looks like it will be great, but it basically does not work. There is not enough room for someone to stand on it. It is not wide enough. Your foot will be half off it because your legs will be hitting the bench. You can stand at an angle to make it kind of work, but at that point you aren’t in a good position to lift off or to save a lift. It just adds weight to the bench and limits the angle where it can be rolled around. They need to stop selling this and make a new design. It almost works for spotting incline press. It is a bit short for that, but I bet it will help some people

This is one of the few home gym (and just gym) innovations that have maintained the classic design over the years. Reminds us of when we used to be a proper country. I love these things. I got a pair at HGC 2023 for free. I was talking at the booth and the person working it asked if I was looking to get a pair. I said something like “they are on the wishlist”. They said “wish no more. Here you go”. Gave me both of them. There isn’t really anything else they sell that I have much interest in so I am not sure how that was going to make them money, but it really left a positive impression on me. There are plenty of cheap knock offs of these. Get the original and support people who come up with innovation. They do work really well and support any amount of weight I have ever seen on them. Makes board press on your own, realistic and safer.

Tanner painstakingly makes these by hand. Keep buying them so he keeps having to fill his house with the outgassing smell of stall mats. This is a fun piece to use that most home gym owners will get a kick out of immediately. Anyone who has moved horse stall mats knows the pain. These give you a chance to scale that pain.. and possibly make it even worse. If it is good enough for Brian Shaw and Brandon Doyle then it is good enough for you.

I am not positive where these came from, but they were a FBMP pickup. The size and shape do not seem like they came from a gym equipment seller. I do think second hand chains are the go to for adding them to the gym. These are heavy duty and are just fun to use. The store bought ones I see are mostly lighter weight and don’t have that same wow/fun factor.

I used to do Meadows rows all the time and this worked perfect for those. Cheap, easy to store, and easy to use. There are other exercises you can do with these, but nothing felt as good as rows. The general quality was fine.

These are my GO TO COLLARS. They are expensive, but they are perfect. Hold very tight and easy enough to take on and off with one hand. The magnets are strong and easily stick on all the metal you have collected and lifted. I use these multiple times per session, 4 days per week, for 4 years and they work just as well as the day I got them. I do wish they had other colors, but that is about it.

Up there with one of my favorite designs ever from Massenomics. Everyone who comes into my gym loves this flag. Everyone loves this flag when I am at a strongman gym that has it. This is a must have for your gym if you also like to play with rocks.

I do like not having to have a whole other belt in the gym just for dips. If I still went to a public gym, this would be nice to bring so I could just use my own belt and not check out equipment from the desk. Build quality is very high and I have put it through some weight load tests for fun. I have put more on it for testing than what most will be doing for weighted dips. If I recall I had 200lbs on it and my own belt had more issues than this thing. Only thing I wish I did was get some kind of personalization on it for my order.
