I ordered an airport sized Toblerone and instead I got this thing. Disappointed. Instead of chocolate, I got less elbow pain during zerchers. I mean I am not mad about it, but come on Ab Mat. We want giant Toblerone bars!

Pretty hard to not know what this thing is if you were lifting in the early 2010’s. The sling shot was the key to a bigger bench. It is still a great training tool to provide a different movement. Great for getting some support out of the bottom of the lift, especially if you are training alone and don’t have a training partner to help you work through failure of higher weights. I have also heard that this can help with training while with shoulder pain. I am not sure about all that, but it is worth a shot if that is bothering you. Mine has lasted me 8 years and seems to be just as strong today as when I got it.

These collars were my favorite collars BY FAR… until I got the same collars with with a magnet in them. The magnet ones are a few dollars more, but are so worth it for any home gym owner who is looking for the best collars regardless of price. These aren’t cheap, but they really arn’t that much more than normal quality collars. I have had next to no issues with slipping on these when in use. If you have seen the old GGR video on these you will see these be put through some extreme testing.

These are basically expensive, but more tailored banana bands. I do like how it feels to work that extension since most grip work is the contraction. The rice in a bucket trick would probably serve you better, but these are a low set up thing you can do between most sets to just get that opposite action working.

I have the 20lb ball and that is what I would recommend for most experienced lifters. I don’t see a real need to get more than 1 since the weights are not that different. These are the highest quality med balls I have used. The video for these shows them getting blown up and they survived. You can do whatever to these and they will not only still work, but will more than likely not look any different. Get the 20 and get balling.

These are great for the price. I don't find them to secure as tight as other collars, but they work great for the price. If you get deep into the home gym then these won't be your last collars, but they will get you by for a while.

I believe spud has a belt squat with comfort in mind, but I find this to be even softer on your hip bones. As a thinner and smaller torso lifter, the space from where I put my belt to my ribs and hip bones is small. Having some more comfort makes a big difference for higher rep sets with more focus on the grind. I do think everyone would like this extra layer of comfort, but if you notice any pain when using a belt squat, then adding this will take away the pain of it digging into you and allow you to focus on the pain of blasting the legs. Ab mat materials are always top quality and this is the same. The zipper makes adding this onto your bels super easy and quick.

These feel the same as any brand's band pegs. Just get what is cheaper. Nothing special here. I do like them and they work for band use to add onto your bar for resistance.
