I got this bar when it was $200, and it was a fantastic buy at that price. It has an aggressive knurl, so squatting is great as it will not slide (low bar). I am not a huge fan of it for deadlifting, but maybe that's because I use a hook grip. For the current price, I'd probably look at something from Rep Fitness or other companies around that quality.

Great hybrid bar. Has handled benching, deadlifting, overhead pressing, and Olympic lifts without functional issues. The black zinc, however, has worn off, especially where my shins contact the bar during deadlift. It's only cosmetic, so it's not an issue for me. The knurling is passive, but that's what I prefer for this type of bar.

They are great as spotter arms, but they do take up a lot of rack space, even for 5/8" holes which usually take up more anyways; therefore, you're limited in how low you can place them, but that's really only an issue if you're using them for some mid-height deadlifts or as a surrogate for power stairs when combined with the utility seat. I am also not the biggest fan of how to out them on, but they have handle a lot of weight and remain sturdy.

Great low row and pulldown attachment for the money and to add to your rack. The low row is a bit too low, but the adjustable footplat distance from the pulley is useful. I do not like the limitation of the pulldown where the cable will snag and run if you pull at too much of an angle. I am not exactly sure why that design choice was made, so if you want to use this for any sort of movements that aren't close to vertical, you'll have a hard time. However, it works great, and I think the plate loaded version is fine here.

The Athena was not terrible to add, but I did have some issues with one side having sticky guide rods. I did get them replaced no questions asked by Rep, however, and they worked better afterwards. The trolleys are fine, but they don't have any rollers. They're not as smooth as others, but I haven't had an issue adjusting with one hand. For plate loaded FTs, it's fine, but if you can afford it at once, just get the selectorized one.

Great rack, but I do agree that the Westside hike spacing just ends a bit too low. Mine is a 8-post rack, and I an able to use everything for it. I have the 41" depth and 93" height.
