These definitely get the job done protecting the lip on your j cups. Nothing super special about them, they are better quality than some other similar products I have seen from Etsy. The owner is also super nice. During my order there was a lost item (shippers fault not his). He immediately sent a replacement and was super nice throughout the process.

It’s a box. Works well for what it’s designed for. There are cheaper options or even DIY that can be just as good performance and quality at a better value.

These are the tiles I used for my deadlift platform. I got these SUPER cheap on Black Friday. They have a grey fleck and had options for red or blue also. They are similar to other options. The big thing I don’t like about them is they are a little smaller compared to the platform tiles you would buy from other companies. So instead of perfect fit it does take trimming of one row and you end up with three rows of tiles instead of 2. For me it wasn’t a deal breaker, not sure I would recommend for everyone.

I picked up a pair of 45’s of these several years ago on a good deal that Rogue had on some CrossFit game used plates. They are durable and were really close to stated weight. I did have one where the center section would rattle a bit, but overall the build quality was nice and the tolerance was good on the sleeves.

Good attachment for the 2x3 racks we have at work. Some people prefer having completely straight bar for dips but this thing is solid and has stood the test of time with regular use.

These are awesome plates. Always a treat to use these at work when I’m at one of our gyms that have them. Just like the strength co plates that have a great sound when you have a few 45’s loaded up.

This thing really only does one thing. We use these at work for workouts and training for our job. These have also been used in “functional fitness” gyms in my area. I trained with this machine quite a lot for a competition I used to do annually. It is built well and will last forever if properly maintained. One knock on performance due to the fact it’s really only for one movement and one knock on value because dang, it’s pricy.

These do raise the height of your barbell for block pulls. Value wise, they are affordable. If you don’t drop the bar exactly even when these are attached, the bar has a tendency to violently crash into your shins when you put the barbell back down onto the floor after a deadlift. They are fine if you are really careful but honestly I would never recommend them.
