LB Competition Plates
Rogue Competition Plates are an IWF standard 450MM in diameter, with chrome-plated steel disc inserts and a 50.40MM collar opening for a firm, stable hold. We've added several new features to this line-up of color-coded bumpers: Tested on a Shore A Durometer scale, the Competition Plates' average measurement was a 94, which delivers a consistent dead blow with minimal bounce found in high end Olympic weightlifting bumpers. Less bounce means less time chasing your bar around the gym.

I picked up a pair of 45’s of these several years ago on a good deal that Rogue had on some CrossFit game used plates. They are durable and were really close to stated weight. I did have one where the center section would rattle a bit, but overall the build quality was nice and the tolerance was good on the sleeves.

I had a set of these from the Crossfit games. Overall they were extremely well built and the price was inline with other competition style bumpers. The only real downside to me here was that being bumpers they're obviously thicker, so when lifting 500lbs+ you quickly run out of real estate on a barbell.
