I agree with some of the others that I'm not sure how accurate it is, but if you're just tracking yourself over time, I think it suffices well and its also great to get out when around others for some fun bantering or talking points. It can feel flimsy at times, but for costing $20-$25 (depending on alphabet brand name and day on Amazon) I can't complain!

Not sure how accurate this is but as long as you only compare your numbers against this one alone your good. Have used a few others over the years and all feel about the same. Fun toy to break out in a big group of lifting buddies.
