Picked a pair of tens up from FBMP at really good price, just needed something for warm up or those days you can’t hit the 45s but yet need it to be the standard plate size. The 10s are a bit flimsy and I prefer the look of the Rogue Echo bumpers but these are inexpensive and will get the job done. I would not recommend dropping them from overhead, they don’t seem strong enough for that.

Nothing to complain about with these. I find myself not using them often, but when I do it’s typically to mimic a yoke carry. Probably still not the ideal tool for that job really though. If you have a use for a couple loop straps these are built well and could potentially help you out.

This bar was my first bar I could get my hands on during Covid. Obviously not my first choice but at least it kept me lifting while gyms were closed. Knurling is very minimal, which is actually fine now that I only use this as a beater bar for things like RDLS, rows, landmine or whatever. But if powerlifting or strongman isn’t your lifting preference, then it would work fine.

Nothing ground breaking about these but if you are ok with your safety bars getting scratched (I am) then these are a decent buy to mimic some strongman events on the cheap. I’ve used two of them to practice car deadlift, used it for belt squat work, and some Viking press. If they had a plastic insert or something to protect your rack, the rating could be higher.

There’s no other way to tell someone that you are a silly goose with a silly gym than displaying this flag. Too scared to tell them not to bring that “war with the bar” energy to your gym? Then just point at this flag. Also enjoy the smaller size so I can get it into those smaller spaces that need some pop.

Can’t go wrong with wanting people to know you lift, and more specifically that you lift shit. It goes well with good and bad dad at the gym, just depends on how you read it.

If you want a unique way to work on grip strength that also doubles as a conversational piece, the horse stall gripper from Massenomics fits the bill. Just beware, it really highlights how good or bad you are at grip work, no in between.

These little guys are inexpensive and are fairly accurate. They really help when you’re trying to get some movement on pressing and you’re not great at it. Every quarter pound matters.
