Rogue TB-2 Trap bar. This is my go to trap bar, I don’t see any advantage to an open trap bar in my gym, I just wanted the most heavy duty trap bar that has high and low handles while weighing easy on bar math weight. This thing for the bill perfectly, great knurling on the high and low handles. Needs axle collars I previously owned both of the cap trap bars and the titan copy of this bar, they all sucked compared to this. Purchased used in 2023 for $300

This thing is a brutal test of grip strength and pain tolerance. My wife loves it because she is stronger than me on it.

I have had this slingshot for damn near a decade. I used to use to semi regularly for some overload work but find myself only really using board presses as of late.

I use these for grip training. They are real fairly inexpensive and take chalk relatively well. They are sold in a pair so they can be used to hang on or pull ups on. Purchased new in 2023

Pacillos Pull Up Bar - Joist Mount This was the first new piece of I believe we ever purchased for the home gym. Have wide grip and neutral grip handle options are a nice feature. Haveing a pull up Bar in a 7’ basement has its drawbacks as never really being able to do a deadhang and always haveing to bend the knees. This was one of the only pieces ever purchased new from a local gym equipment store as their prices are usually ridiculously high but this was purchased for $75 in 2015 and recently checked and the price was still about the same 11 years later. This obviously needed to to bolted into your exposed floor joist so limited homes would allow for this but a good option if yours does.

York vintage Dumbell handles. The ones I have a 15 lbs each without the original collars that came with that i eventually sold off in favor of modern collars. The handles have ok knurling better than most of the split sleeve bars but still rather passive. I personally don’t use these often as I have a full set of dbs but if someone wanted to do some dbs rows over a 100 lbs these come in handy. Purchased in 2020

York smooth shaft 22 lb curl bar. I acquired this vintage curl bar in 2018 for only $50 in Part of a larger bulk purchase. It did come With a pair of vintage collars I just didn’t find myself ever using them So eventually purged the gym of several different pairs of vintage collars. The curl bar its self is nice even if it didn’t come with the gym. Good bends that feel good on the wrist and elbows, and it’s technically rackable as all curl bars are if you put your mind to it.
