DIY deadlocks are one of the easiest and cheapest ways to add some variation to your gym. I make these back in 2016 with some scarp 4x4s and 3/4 plywood I had lying around.

This squat stand is not one I would recommend unless you get it for free and don’t lift all that much with that said this lived in my garage during Covid and I let people come over and use a very basic gym I put together out there for people to lift in alone when we were in no open gyms Covid time. I have seen people squat over 400 and and bench over 300 in it but not something I’d recommend if you are hitting those numbers the uprights literally bolt together so they can ship it in a box half the size and keep the shipping down. You think both the back vertical uprights are for plate storage but one is a vertical bar holder. Owned from 2020-2022

Decent slam ball from REP fitness, we owned one for a few years and had no complaints we just didn’t find it getting used much one gym. It didn’t survive the great purge of 2020 Owned 2016-2020

Vintage York Power Bar. The 29 split sleeve York power bar with center knurling is much more rare than the very common 28 mm no center knurling bar. It took me years to financial acquire in a trade. I was thrilled to finally check that off the vintage bucket list but overall disappointed with the bar. It’s knurling on mine specifically is so dull the bar is damn near useless. Still a cool feather in the hat but just not a great bar. Traded for in 2021

Rogue Reverse Hyper RH-2 Well built very functional reverse hyper. Large foot print and have considered selling it multiple times but once or twice a year I teak my low back and this sucker helps with that recovery. Purchased used in 2019 for $300
