I have owner elite FTS bands for neaerly a decade and the are all still going strong. They can add some variety to barbell movement using them as resistance or assistance as well as vital for warm ups and some accessory lifts. Purchased new in 2016

Smooth yet easy to grip. I have used these many times over the years at the LHLE and a few lifts at massenomics gym. If I had to replace all the plates in my gym with something that manufactured today these would be it. One of the few American made plates that check all the box’s for me.

Monster Safety Strap System 2.0 The straps themselves are very strong and I have no fear they wouldn’t catch a loaded bar just fine but this might just be the worst design out there from rogue. Unless you modify them you can’t move one side up more than a couple holes at a time making it a huge pain in the ass and more time consuming than it should be.

Infinity J-Cup Basic Jcups that came with my yoke. Basically the lowest/ cheapest tier rogue offers and they are perfectly functional for what the are.

Monster J-Cup - Standard Basic stock jcups if something cooler didn’t exist these would be perfectly satisfactory.

Monster J-Cup - 1" Sandwich These are my 2nd most used Jcup in my gym. The added clearance you gain helps a bit and the thick chunk of uhmw means the bar will be super safe for years to comes

These band pages work great. Good length to take bands. Don’t use them very often but when I do they do not disappoint.

Fringe Sport Mag Pin Strong mag pin with a safety pin on the end. I was gifted one of these from Peter Keller at Home Gym Con in 2023. I don’t really use mag pins for anything but these are definitely ones to consider if you do.
