I have owner elite FTS bands for neaerly a decade and the are all still going strong. They can add some variety to barbell movement using them as resistance or assistance as well as vital for warm ups and some accessory lifts.

I've had these for over a decade at this point, and they only recently started showing signs of age. I do admit, however, that I wasn't the nicest to them before having a home gym, so the fact that they've lasted this long with almost no issues is a testament to their quality.

These might be the oldest pieces of equipment in my gym since I’ve had them for years before even starting my gym. They’re well over 10 years old and still going strong with light to moderate usage.
