In a world filled with leg extension and leg curl combos this is simply the best. For the price (around 5k shipped) you can get multiple selectorized options but the only one I would consider an upgrade is primes own selectorized option. I prefer plate loaded for this because you can go crazy manipulating the resistance curves and the feel of the movement which can make it more versatile than a standard combo unit...but maybe I am coping for the price.

The exact same dumbell as my Rogue ones...got a great deal on a 55-75lb set so that was my starters. Filled in the rest with random hex brands.

I don't love this attachment but this is well made, has really passive knurling on it. Came with my rack but I heard they stopped doing that.

These are the most secure hooks for wall control I have found, but they don't work great with all attachments.

I really like this bar for what it is. It is a fantastic power bar with aggressive knurling. To me I would have made this bar 45 lbs because it has traditional collars...if they wanted to make 20 kg bar with 29mm to appeal to powerlifting communities I would have liked to see competition sized collars....

I don't really use squat bars but this is the exact same bar as REP's squat bar at a lower price....The exact same.
