Monster Grip Triangle

The Rogue Monster Grip Triangle is our version of the old school row handle. We beefed it up a bit (a lot actually!) with laser cut steel plate. Hook it to a cable machine or use a carabiner to attach it to a pull-up bar or barbell. Rogue's Grip Triangles can be used with the Rogue Monster Lat Pull Down / Low Row machine and other comparable cable systems.
