The quality of these are 100% S Tier. Bremmy does an amazing job with these. I use them every time I squat or bench. One of my favorite things about them is the diameter of roller he uses. It prevents any metal on metal contact between the barbell collars and the J cups or your rack. Quality welds, quality powder coat, quality packaging and a quality dude!

The Roost Mfg. built squat stand with pull up bar. 3” x 3” x 11ga. Construction with 1” holes. Pull up bar is 1-1/2” x 7ga. Seamless DOM pipe coated with truck bed liner for a very durable finish as well as a great alternative to knurling. This very simple piece of equipment does everything it indeed to do very well.

The Roost Mfg. built plate storage. 3” x 1” x 1/8” construction with 1-5/8” x 1/8” weight pins. Very stable and can handle all the weight you can fit on it and then some.

My rack is built from 3” x 3” x 11ga. Box tube for the uprights and feet. Horizontal dumbbell supports are 3” x 3” x 3/16” angle iron. Plate storage consists of 1-1/2” x 7ga DOM pipe. Top shelf is made up of 1” x 1” x 1/4” box tube with a 3/16” plate for the shelf. Overbuilt but as any Dad would say while giving it a good slap “that’s not going anywhere” All fabrication done by me at The Roost Mfg.

Where to begin. This is where our obsession with leaderboards began? This brought back a spark in my life I didn’t know was missing. Each day I thought can I add more weight to this and try to beat my friends? Should I take time out of my regular training to do stall mat grip work? This made life fun again. Haven’t quite decided if it’s a true pinch grip or something else. Highly recommend giving it a go if you haven’t.
