About the Gym

The Roost is a garage gym the we started to ensure that we would get strong, stay strong and use our strength. It’s been a place where our kids have grown up being active in and where we as husband and wife have become better versions of ourselves. Be on the lookout for a gym relocation into our barn in the near future where our sq. Ft. Will double from what we have now.
