If you want to feel like a god-tier puller and don't mind your hands looking like they lost a fight with a belt sander, this is the bar for you. The moment you wrap your hands around this thing, the bar decides that you are now legally married. It bites back but never lets go.

This was my favorite flat bench that I have used. Pad felt great, good support when benching.

I only used this bench for incline and decline, and it was not sturdy. I wasn't a big fan of the tapered seat. It was heavy and awkward to move. it could be stored vertically when not in use. I didn't keep this very long.

It's built like a tank, and it performs like one. From flat bench, incline, and decline you can expect the same level of sturdiness. When not in use it can be stored vertically which helps with saving spacing in smaller areas.
