It folds upright for quick storage, and the rear wheels and knurled handle make it easy to move. I only used this bench for incline and decline, and it was not sturdy. I wasn't a big fan of the tapered seat. It was heavy and awkward to move. it could be stored vertically when not in use. I didn't keep this very long.

I had the previous versino of this bench. It was a fine FID bench, but I didn't use the D capability often. The fact that it wasn't meant to store upright either didn't help nor did the tapered back pad. If you want an FID bench and don't want to store it upright, you can do much worse, otherwise I would spend your money on another adjustable bench. The build quality was pretty decent, especially for a Titan Product though.

I have two of these. They work well but have two flaws. One is the ladder doesn’t stay when stored upright. Two there is a little instability while in use. Overall great piece to train on.
