This is a rare case where the low quality is the exact feature I was looking for. The thin spinning handle allows me to turn all 3 sizes of fat gripz into spinning thick handles.

Honestly a really nice and affordable group training tool. The spin is better than most rolling handles. The knurled plastic handle is pretty slick and does not take chalk very well leading to a very challenging grip workout. It's a bit on the thicker side, but for folks with large hands, this is a great first grip training tool.

I bought these at my wife's request as she wanted something a bit easier to use than standard locking collars. They're pretty fun and work fine for most lifts. As others have mentioned, they do not pass the "for reps" test on deadlifts.

When you're as bad at benching as I am, you need safeties you can trust. I haven't died yet, and I've failed plenty of reps. I wish there was a second hole for a mag pin to prevent then from rotating. I put my leg roller in these for Bulgarian split squats and need to be mindful of which side I feed the roller through

This was one of the first items I ever bought from rep. I was looking for a fixed wall mounted option with fairly specific dimensions which narrowed it down to just a couple choices. I've been really impressed. Pictured is the 80" tall, 24" deep PR-4000 variant.

Best value vertical handles for grip nerds. I have 5 of these across 3 different sizes because I'm just built different (wrong).

Wrist wrenches are easily the most underrated grip training tool. An absolute must for arm wrestlers and folks who take their incredibly niche grip hobby seriously.

Really fun grip training tools if you have the space and money. Most of mine are from a cheap set of York legacy dumbbells that I cut myself. The true blobs come from pre-USA roundhead dumbbells and are unfortunately quite pricey unless you get a bit lucky on a dumbbell and cut it yourself.
