Knocked off a star on quality due to some variance in actual weights vs stated weights. Photo still includes the manufacturing residue. These are freshies.

These are fine. They came with the adonis which was a nice inclusion. The chrome finish is pretty cheap and prone to chipping or even peeling

Hot trash of an item. Sold them for pennies on the dollar after trying to incorporate these into my program. They don't work with most adjustable dumbbells. Uncomfortable. Awkward. Better off with a glute ham roller and some wedges.
