I wanted to get the best rack with the most functionality I could find. My square footage is limited. This rack provides everything I wanted. Installation was complex, but everything was shipped in individual boxes and well labeled. Twin 300 lb stacks with 2:1 ratio are sufficient. The lat pulldown works off the Rhino, so it can go heavier. There’s room for the VTS on the middle posts if someone wants to go that route. This setup is pretty expensive compared to some others, but I think you get what you pay for. This will last me the rest of my life.

These spotters arms are much lighter than the Rogue Monster spotter arms and take up much less room. They only take up 3 hole spaces. Makes them easier to store by hanging from above or below on an crossmember. You use a pin to secure from behind the upright. This doesn’t work in my set up as I can’t fit a pin between upright and weight stack. I’m not too worried about it. Feels secure as is. They’re great spotter arms but quite expensive for what they are.

Obviously, this is a little extravagant for what it is. That being said, it gives me joy to use it. The bends and the knurl are perfect. The finish of the bar is really nice. The built in collars are delightful. You only live once. Treat yourself to something nice once in awhile.

I don’t have good shoulder mobility, so my shoulders and elbows hurt from squatting. This barbell is so comfortable to squat with. Easy on the shoulders and elbows. The thick bar with the knurl all the way across your back feels locked in. If I could only have 2 bars, I would take this and a power bar. The bar feels secure enough with standard j cups. The Ghost roller j cups with inserts really lock it in. Stores fine in Darko anchor mounts above.

I’ve had the VTS for about a month. Put it on when getting a new rack. Install was easy. It stores out of the way at the bottom or top of upright. Easily connects to Voltras. For pressing moments, I use iso handles. For squats, I use the featherlite bar. The one thing to keep in mind is that it has a fairly high starting weight about 70 pounds with featherlite bar. I recommend it.
