Another great tool for cable adductor and abductor work from Spud's Kaiju lineup. They are also effective when attached together via a pulley for resistance steps/lunges.

There is no denying the ingenuity and execution of the UDA; it is the pinnacle of dip attachments. The handles also offer great versatility (in my case, with the Black Widow Fig Jammer). I found with dips, however, that I prefer the larger handles and less angled orientation of most basic matador style dip attachments.

The "spiral" grips are the claim to fame, but it's been outclassed by newer options. The widening rubber grips offer good grip purchase, and the angle is good for cable bicep and tricep work.

A great belt from Spud with the Kaiju material, but it doesn't offer the rigidity or support of a traditional leather dip belt.

Versatile little calf tool that can also work in a pinch as a heel lift/squat wedge (it doesn't have the surface area to function as a full slant board).

Neither as cool nor as red as Big Tommy’s daisy chains, but it makes a great shorter cable extension strap.

Extremely well made mag pins with a rounded end and grooved head that make one-handed manipulation a breeze. One works especially great with the Mutant Metals UDA, making it easy to attach and unattach it.
