Ol reliable. This is the first piece of gym equipment I got for my basement and it's held up constant years of abuse. If you are going to get this, adding the storage horns on the back dramatically help with stability. For the price, you are getting a quality squat stand that can fit in low ceiling basements. Just know that Rogue has made it difficult to expand this rack into a full power rack, so you'll have to do a bit of frankensteining if you decide to go that route. Attachments are also limited but you can expand. The spotter arms have withstood tons of abuse and the frame itself feels sturdy to use even for Romanian deadlifts off the end. Definitely a great place to start and worth every penny.
