These can be luck of the draw on weight accuracy. I have had some pretty bad ones (5lbs off) and some spot on. These are fine weights if they are accurate. As long as you can check them to make sure they are not several pounds off then they should be fine.

These are not a bad alternative to MAG. The price makes them hard to beat. The eyelet can be hard to secure to so getting keeping a clip on them was what I did. I have MAG now and sold these. They have a similar feel, but I do like the grip and angle slightly more on MAG. For most people MAG won’t be “worth” the price compared to these, but I do like supporting the original and local. You don’t really need 5 grips anyway. I’d recommend getting 2 or 3 MAG instead.

These were a wishlist item back when I first started my home gym. I thought they were so cool. I still think they are great, but other options out there are better in most ways. These still have some of the most “traditional” DB feel with high durability. They just take way to long to change weight. Takes so long you end up just making due with what you have on them most the time. Got reppins and sold these.

I am a big fan of this for adjustable Kbs. It is secure and pretty quick to change. You can use your own 1” plates as well to save money. With the long spin lock you can add a lot of weight. It’s not great for cleans since the shape doesn’t rest well on your forearm.

I’m not a big fan of this style of monos. They don’t swing back enough. They work okay for bench and OHP, but they are awful for squat. Other designs like MM or rogue 2.0 work better for squats, but still aren’t without some issue. I would pass on these unless you intend to only use them for press and are on a budget.

I really liked this as an add on for my Titan squat stands. Was good for pull ups and also linked the stand a bit more securely. I have sold it as I got another rack setup, but it was great for that minimal setup.

Not a big fan of the feel and angle of this bar. Higher tendency to flip than duffalo or others. It’s a more realistic price point for most, but I have a hard time suggesting this for anyone due to the angle feeling off. That may be my body type so hopefully if you have or get this it feels better for you. Sold it once I found a deal on a duffalo.

These work really well on the rogue plate tree or similar design. It will leave an impression on your paint or powder coat once you take it off. They have held some serious weight without any issue.
