I am a big fan of the quality and materials for freedom strength bags and these are right up there with that. The handle has a wrapped texture to it which helps with a secure grip. Probably my favorite throw bags on the market.

This is was a big innovation in strongman equipment in my opinion. I really like the SOS for home gym owners. Having a compact space, it would be challenging to have a range of stones to use for training. That being said, using it without tacky is a very difficult workout that isn’t exactly like training normal stones with tacky. I don’t recommend using tacky with this as it will begin to pull the paint off. That is not a negative against the product as they are clear about its use intentions. The first time you change weight you are in for a humbling experience to get the 2 hemispheres to line up. Getting them locked in is very difficult, but you will get better at it over time. You will be able to load this thing up with more weight than anyone can lift so it will not be something you outgrow. That being said, if you have the space, I’d recommend getting some stones instead. This thing is just crazy expensive. For good reason, but it just puts it at a price point I can’t recommend unless you couldn’t train stones without it. Also, it does not fit any of my rogue machined plates. The tolerance on the horn is too tight. You’ll need plates with a larger hole. tolerance

Great quality handle and bag. Easy to fill to desired weight. Weight distribution is good and stays tightly closed. If you throw outside and it’s hitting concrete it will start to chew up the handle. The bag itself has had no issues. My handle is no where near needing replaced, but I do have concerns about one day that being an issue. Won’t be for years, but just be mindful that it may be something you have to address one day.

I went about several DIY options before getting this. None of the DIY methods really worked well at securing the stone or other Loadable without it bouncing in a non desirable direction half the time. This not only made it a pain to have to pull the item back to position, but also meant I was worried about what in my gym it could hit (since I have a small closed in space). This pad fixed that problem and was worth the price tag. If you use tacky then it does stick to the pad. I put a stall mat or other kind of covering over it. I don’t think there is much the company could do to assist with this so just be aware if you plan to use this for tacky and non tacky objects.

If you are wanting a belt squat, but don't have the room for a stand alone machine, then this would be the one I recommend. Set up is simple and the kick stand works great. You will still want a dedicated machine, but this will get the job done. Any others that were an attachment that I have tried were not even worth owning as the angle and set up was a pain.

I got this free with the Mammoth belt squat. I was using a DIY D handle prior so this was a great upgrade. The handle itself is small in diameter and in length. It will work, but I would not spend money on this. The knurling is pretty good and it will probably feel as good as the basic commercial gym handles you have used.

These ended up being a bit of a fad that I also jumped on after seeing a GGR on them. They do work and feel alright, but setup is a bit awkward. I'd prefer to just use a D handle, other basic cable attachment, or just not use any attachment and pull. It is a good price for a gift item so if you want to try them out then putting them on a gift list would be fine.

Spotter arms are probably my favorite spotter arms and these work just as well as any others that I have used. The UMHW plastic is quality, but is only on the top of the spotter. You will have metal on metal contact for where the spotter touches the upright. For my use this is not a big deal, but I do know some people care about this. They are not too heavy which makes them easy to set up and move.
