Using the plates you already own, The Stone of Steel can be loaded from 135lbs to 450+lbs. To bring you this high-quality and intricately made piece of equipment as efficiently as possible, we only offer this product through our website when we have our custom formed hemispheres in-house for the 20” Stone of Steel. The SOS allows for the obvious advantages like space-saving & far less mess, but it also allows lifters to incrementally load the for long-term progress, just like a barbell.
