Very strong magnets. It seems overpriced for such a small amount of actual weight, but for me it saved hundreds of dollars of dumbbells. I have cast iron hex head dumbbells in 5lb increments up to 30lbs and then 30 to 100lbs in 10lb increments. These magnets allow me to hit the 5lb increments 35, 45... to 105 which saves me an incredible amount of space and money for dumbbells that I would only use infrequently anyways. I decided to keep the 5lb dumbbell increments under 30lb because the magnets don't stick that well to the smaller dumbbells. The magnets stick really well overall but if the surface is rounded or uneven they might not stick as well during quicker movements. For most of my dumbbells it's fine, but there are some i have to be careful about where and how I stick the magnet.

Definitely the cheapest bench I could recommend to almost anyone. I believe the old versions like what I had were rated to 300lb but the new ones claim 700lb total (specified as a 400lb person and 300lb barbell). Not sure what changed and if you’re over 250lb yourself or benching 300+ you’re probably serious and have a dedicated heavy duty bench. This bench is perfect for a second bench to throw around for DB work or other random light weight things. All that said I don’t even use the actual bench anymore. I removed the pad and now use the pad for seal rows, box squats, kneeling or seated cable exercisesz

What started as a meme quickly became a staple of grip strength. The Horse Stall Mat Gripper is challenging in all the right ways. You'd never guess, but there are so many ways people have optimized their grip on this implement and part of the fun is finding what works for you!

Easily on the Mount Rushmore of drink safety gym equipment. Your results may vary, but I've seen it save a life from a dropped bench press

Phenomenal piece of gym equipment. A must have, if you will. Even better if you can get a red one!

Great deadlift bar, very comparable to the gold standards of the category. It has sharp knurl, thick collars to push the plates out further, and a nice black oxide finish.

Certainly the nicest piece of equipment in my entire gym. Very high quality fit and finish: the bar thuds instead of rattles when dropped. The knurling terminations are very precise and my Home Gym Discord run of knurling is extremely grippy without being too sharp. The stainless finish is flawless. If you want the best of the best, this might be that barbell. But like most high quality items, this is a case of diminishing returns.

Very good bar overall. Some weld slag (if that's the right term) on some of the handles but still usable. The bar is also only ~25lbs. I add 10lb plates first and then keep them on for a 45lb base for easier plate math, but it would have been nice if the bar just started at 45lb. It was probably kept light in order to be usable as a cable attachment but I don't see it being used that way very often. I love using it for bench press at multiple angles and especially love it for chest supported rows. The camber makes it great for a deep stretch on the bench and for proper ROM on rows. I see it advertised for curls and tricep movements but I don't think it works well for that due to the camber.
