Works as intended, easy to move around. I dont often use the second pop pin unless I'm going for a particularly heavy lift or if I plan on leaving the spotters in place for a while. My only very minor gripe is that because of the UMHW liner (which is a must have) the distance from the top of the arm to the hole is slightly more than the distance from the top of a cross member (no UMHW) to the hole, so some attachments might be off slightly.

I have the older style with the flat roller and the threaded pin rather than the quick pop pin. The pop pin is probably a huge improvement, the threaded pins take make it a hassle to move the jhooks. I have no issue with the flat roller and I'm sure the grooved roller is perfectly fine too.

Works as intended to make a 6 post rack. I chose the 24" depth so that even with weights stored on one upright and a bench loaded on the next, you can still fit through to spot.

I have the wide flat pad and installed it on the Griffin flat bench. It's compatible and works great. Rep's reputation for the bench pads is well earned.

Overall a decent bag for the price. the top rolls down so you can easily adjust the size of the bag though the buckle system doesn't always cinch down as tight as i would like so I usually supplement with duct tape or a separate nylon strap and buckle I had. I usually keep it loaded to 150lb and I wouldn't go that much smaller since you'd have to roll down even more fabric from the top. I've had it loaded as heavy as 250 and it handled it well. There's no inner liner so it does get dusty when dropped repeatedly.

Very solid bench. The knurled handle is mostly for looks, but it does look pretty cool. I've since replaced the pad with a Rep wide pad, which is compatible with zero modification.

Very solid built belt. Used to be the best of the best but other brands have stepped up lately. I use mine for belt squats, weighted dips/pullups, and reverse hyper leg strap. The more cushiony belts might not be as usable for the reverse hyper leg straps

Fun grip implement similar to the Rolling Thunder. Some people strip the paint and allow the bare metal to patina for a more grippy surface. I kept mine painted and have the larger diameter ~2.5" so if I ever use the real Rolling Thunder it will feel easier in comparison.
