Very well made bar. Saves the shoulders for squats and makes for great overload training for bench. Sadly theyre a relic of the past, but if you can find one, get it.

The real home gym nerds have both, but you should for aure have one.

Underrated strap. Really hammers the hamstrings. I use it for prone curls and they are brutal.
