Super helpful for keeping on the odds and ends in the gym organized. Tons of color and hook options and high build quality. There are cheaper options out there but these are tough to beat!

At $50 this is a nice upgrade from the super cheap attachments you find on Amazon. The angles are comfortable for a variety of exercises and build quality is good enough for the price.

This is a good multipurpose bar. Really solid build quality and made in the USA. The knurling is a little passive for my tastes. I prefer a more aggressive knurl like you would find on a power bar.

Initially, I started my gym with this rack in a flat foot configuration and eventually upgraded it to a 6 post. This thing has been a workhorse and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality rack that doesn’t break the bank. The hole numbering makes it easy to get attachments right where you need them. The standardized upright sizing means attachments from other companies play nice. Biggest downsides are a 1” rack would give you slightly more versatility and there aren’t any options for customizing the color of the rack.

These are bands. They are made by Rogue. They do what bands do. Pick these or pick whatever brand you like more.

This has to be one of the most underrated attachments out there. Even though the product is called the ab strap you can do a ton of other stuff with it. I love using this for face pulls but I’ve also used it to hit different triceps movements and I’ve even used it for leg curls. The strap material is comfortable to use and feels broken in from day one.
