Available to order individually, in pairs, or as part of a full set, Rogue Monster Bands are the versatile, go-anywhere accessory for customized resistance training—from mobility work and pull-up assistance to banded squats and bench presses. There are (8) color-coded versions of the natural latex rubber stretch bands to choose from, each measuring 41" in length, but varying in width, thickness, and overall resistance. This makes each band more specialized for certain types of training.

Solid bands, for a premium price. You can find the same quality for cheaper so unless you love Rogue you can get better value elsewhere. Pro tip: these are almost always part of the "3 ships free" promotion from Rogue so you can add a pair to another order to trigger free shipping and save a few bucks.

These are bands. They are made by Rogue. They do what bands do. Pick these or pick whatever brand you like more.

I got these since they shipped free with my order. Nothing special about them compared to any other major brand selling them. They have held up over semi-regular use over 4 years. Elite FTS is often regarded as the best bands and I honestly don’t know why. Not saying that isn’t true, but idk why people say that. Get brands that don’t have a reputation for breaking and then pick what is cheapest from those.

These are pretty standard. Not a lot of variance in bands available these days so find the ones that work best for your budget.
