This squat stand is not one I would recommend unless you get it for free and don’t lift all that much with that said this lived in my garage during Covid and I let people come over and use a very basic gym I put together out there for people to lift in alone when we were in no open gyms Covid time. I have seen people squat over 400 and and bench over 300 in it but not something I’d recommend if you are hitting those numbers the uprights literally bolt together so they can ship it in a box half the size and keep the shipping down.
You think both the back vertical uprights are for plate storage but one is a vertical bar holder.
