I’m a huge fan of board pressing and this tool really helps get a board press in while training alone. Much better than bungee cording a 2x4 to your self. Nothing smokes my triceps like a good board press. Purchased new in 2020

This plates are great, significantly better option than the metal versions from rogue or titan. Perfect for elevated deadlift. For as heavy and big as they are they are surprisingly easy to move around. Purchased used in 2025 for $220

It’s a deadlift bar… but it’s the shortest deadlift bar on the market so outside of it being 27 mm which is accurate they definitely missed the mark on length so it’s generally considered the stiffest deadlift bar ever made. It’s constructed well just misses the spirt of what a powerlifting deadlift bar is.

These are hands down my favorite sandbags. The keep a nice full shape more the other brands I have used and are the only USA made ones I have seen. I own a 100, 150 and 200 pound usa made rogue strongman sandbag first one purchased in 2025.

Having a full set of York Roundheads is something any vintage weight fan would love to have. They are a 5/5 on the cool factor. The USA stamped bigs tend to be more accurate than the non USA stamped ones but most people seem to prefer the older non USA stamped ones. I personally sought outs 80-100 in USA stamp. You can’t be an asshole and drop these from shoulder height or they will bend, but the cool factor is 2nd to none.

My daily driver plates for over a decade. If you can pick up milled era plates for $1-1.5 a lb jump on that deal. They are relatively accurate and not super hard to find and build your own collection.

I love this bar. It allows me to replicate a low bar squat while keeping my upper body joints fresh. It’s definitely different enough from a traditional SSB that I’d recommend it for your squat bar rotation if you have any upper body joint limitations. purchased used in 2025 for $400

This squat stand has been my daily driver rack for several years I love that in can get nearly as much safety out of it as a traditional rack with adding the spotter arms and have mine mounted to the the concrete with some custom brackets. Great for low ceilings.
