They work as intended. I have about 200lbs on each horn.

Solid wood box, probably wouldn’t be much cheaper to make one yourself so it’s convenient at least. 12,14,16” height good for various box squats and step ups.

They’re bumpers. As good as any other non competition bumper plates. Walmart frequently has them on sale for less than $1/lb so you can’t really beat that price.

Extremely thin plates, easy to grip with the handles. Comparable price to other plates but take up way less space on the bar. Good for side bends. They have loose holes though, so you probably want to sandwich them between other plates or be sure to use collars on the bar.

As a first round certified training facility owner, I can fully say it’s well worth the investment. Join crü and take your gym to the next level through the rigorous certification process. You might even get the owners of massenomics to stop by the gym if you do.

Unfortunately they don’t sell these anymore. I bought a used rusty one for $100 off Facebook marketplace and cleaned it up a bit. Large diameter handles with some sort of knurling on them which is different than a typical log. The actual diameter is 11” so not really a competition women’s size or men’s size. Overall it’s a solid log that beats most new logs you can buy that are less than $500 if you can find one.
