I was hyped to get these to have more leg movements in my home gym. I was greatly disappointed in how difficult they are to setup. It’s awkward and and inconvenient. If you truly don’t have room for any other leg equipment, I’d still be cautious in recommending these as I would skip exercises due to how much of a pain they could be to use. In theory they are great. If you’re dedicated to using them and have plenty of time for setup then these will be good enough.

Amazing leg roller that will work with a 5/8” rack and 1” rack. Pad is high quality, but can interchange with the abmat rollers pad. Easy to use at setup

These were exclusively 25 mm for the longest time and felt bad in the hand. It was a Bella bar shaft, but way too thin for a d handle. They now offer thicker options. The 32mm is what I prefer and make these a pretty solid d handle option for them money.

This does have a good feel. It get compared to the duffalo bar and I do think that is fair. They do feel different enough to where I could see someone justifying having both, but for 99% of people I’d recommend duffalo if you can find it. That being said, if you can’t find it then this this my next choice for bars on the market to buy new. Good feel and angle. Thickness of bar feels solid on the back.

This was the gold standard before I knew the difference between 28.5mm and 29mm. Back when we used to be a proper country. In all seriousness, any bar from Texas line up will serve you well and will feel premium.

I loaded up in these to fit out by iron masters. They work great for 1” machines or other related use. Just cheap metal that is heavy. Simple enough. I would not rely on these as my barbell plates. That being said, if you’re still using a 1” bar then there are other upgrades to work towards.

This was the weight bench my dad got me in high school. It was great for doing a bunch of chest days and ignoring the leg attachment. The j cups were really bad though. Poor spacing on them that made it hard to grab the bar where I wanted to. Ended up cutting the sides off the cups so my hands could fit better.

This was my first barbell that I got when starting a home gym. It was all I could find. Got it for a good deal so it worked out. Was not great for my training style, but it felt like a quality bar and would be of good use by an oly lifter
