The ultimate dip attachment is everything that its name claims to be. The multiple width options mean you can dial in your dip setup for maximal comfort and gains. The stock Mutant Metals handles for this are a bit aggressive, so if that will bother you I'd check out the Rogue version of the handles which don't have quite the same bite. Make no mistake, this is a premium dip station so if you don't incorporate a lot of dips into your programming you'd likely be fine with a less expensive option.

Mutant Metals makes some of the best handles you can buy. Originally designed to work with their Ultimate Dip Attachment, the handles can easily mount to any 3x3 tubing with 1" holes. This means you can use them with a spotter arm for a cheaper dip station, on a top cross member for neutral grip pull-ups, on jammer arms to get more flexible handle placement, with the Mutant Metals ARC attachments to use with cables, or anywhere else your imagination takes you. The quality of these stainless steel handles is second to none. The knurling is quite aggressive so if you don't love an aggressive knurling, you may want to consider other options like the Rogue-made Mutant Metals Handles that are available in stainless steel, black coated steel, and aluminum.

The Twin Stack is Rogue's answer to the Rep Ares. It features two side-mounted weight stacks and four pull points. The two functional trainer trolleys offer 2:1 resistance with independent pull from each stack. The high and low pulleys are effectively 1:1 by pulling 2:1 from each stack and combining the feel weight. That means you can pull up to 150 lbs per side and up to 300 lbs for lat pulldowns and low rows. The trolleys glide up and down the uprights smoothly on rollers, but do require two hands to grab both handles and to easily engage the trigger-based pop pins. The oversized pulleys mean you get smooth operation from every pull point. The optional shrouds aren't really worth the cost. They look great, but can get in the way of using stack attachments like a gym pin and force you to use the spacers on the weight storage. When the Twin Stack was first released it was priced almost identically to the Rep Ares. After several increases it's hard to recommend the Twin Stack on a value basis. If high build quality and made-in-USA is worth a premium to you, then the Twin Stack is still a great buy.

The best flat bench you can buy. I'd recommend the competition pad with the shorty frame for the best pad while still matching competition specs.

The most versatile belt squat you can buy. Some people complain about knee shear on this unit, but I've never had that experience. You do have to stand forward on the platform for the most vertical pull but there's plenty of room on the oversized platform. You can go standalone, rack attached, or take it to the next level with the updated Rhino Trainer family. I love these for belt squats, front belt squats, marches, and RDLs. You can now pick up a low row attachment to turn this into a kill low row setup.

Solid bands, for a premium price. You can find the same quality for cheaper so unless you love Rogue you can get better value elsewhere. Pro tip: these are almost always part of the "3 ships free" promotion from Rogue so you can add a pair to another order to trigger free shipping and save a few bucks.

A nice band peg option from Rogue. Almost no one buys these standalone as they typically come included with one of their racks. These are black oxide which could be called green oxide based on how they look after a couple of years. Smooth and perfect for bands or use these up high for storage of bands, chains, or other odds and ends.
