Watch my full YouTube review on this if you really want to know what I think! But overall, I really like this thing. It's been one of my more favorite recent additions to Massenomics Gym. Feels great, completely trashes your legs in a good way. It's built well. The $ is ok relative to other options. It's way better than budget options, but probably not as good as some really high end stuff. It's not perfect. Some people call out it doesn't have an adjustable foot plate. Still pretty expensive for most home gyms. It's kind of compact, but still takes up some real estate.

Biased Alert - I like Dave and EliteFTS, so I like supporting the company and their products. That being said, we've had this bar in the rotation at Massenomics gym for the better part of a decade. Works just like it should if you're after a multi-grip bar. You can probably finder cheaper budget ones that do pretty much the same thing for a little less $. The finish on this will wear off over time, particularly on the sleeves.

If you're looking for solid neck training options, this probably is a good option. I don't personally find myself training neck often (if hardly ever), so sometimes it collects dust. Probably makes more sense for BJJ fighters and other applications. I think it works really well. It's also well made. Price is a tough pill to swallow though.

I've used our Duffalo bar in Massenomics gym off and on for years. I like having it as an available option in the rotation. Pretty expensive to buy new (which I did). I like the center-of-bar knurl mark. The overall quality and knurling does seem pretty premium. I also have a cheap bow bar as a comparison. Functionally I kind of like that one just as much if I'm being honest. RIP Kabuki.

These are legit. I got the black and red ones which i particularly liked the look of. I like the option of snapping only one or both sides for a tighter fit. My one critique is the magnet. I've become a bit of a magnet connoisseur (drink spotters), and this magnet is a little weak. I would like if it snapped to the side of the rack a little firmer.

One of the goated leg presses in my opinion. Be on the lookout for these coming for sale used (way too expensive new). Most home gyms can't spare the room for a dedicated leg press, but if you can, this is a pretty sweet option. The footprint isn't too bad for a leg press.

I think these are a really cool and unique addition to any gym for very little $. That being said, they can hurt like heck to use, but you'll get used to that. I know there is some criticism of these not being perfect recreations of the originals, but I guess that has not effected my enjoyment of them.

The most easily accessible, durable, affordable gym flooring ever created. It's hard to improve on this gold standard.
