A handy little unit that you can find a ton of uses for. Mine was purchased before they had they eyelet for the cable attachment. Almost every company makes some version of this now so pick one from the brand of your preference.

If you have a home gym you need one of these. Very affordable and made to last crazy long. Makes cleaning barbells a breeze!

Surprising enough, there are not a lot of companies that make a simple leg roller of this style for 5/8" racks. After a bit of searching I managed to track this one down. Quality is good and it works for all of the movements I need it to. No doubt a 1" option would be beefier but when you have to work with what you got!

Safety straps are my preferred method of safeties in the power rack. These are one of the cheaper options to go with. They are solid and get the job done but it's nothing fancy. When I ordered mine there was the color option for "dark orange" and it appeared red in the photos. In person I would say it is more of a pink/orange color than how it appeared in the photo.

Since I like to use every spare bit of wall space to display my Massenomics flags and banners I keep this mounted in my rack to hold my extra barbells. As far as Rogue products go, it is relatively cheap and it gets the job done - you put your barbells in and it holds them securely. Plenty of UHMW plastic to protect the bars too. Nothing fancy as far as the design goes but I would recommend this to anyone looking for a space saving vertical barbell solution.

I had wanted some type of deadlift platform for my home gym that wouldn't take up a ton of space and this has completely solved that problem for me. I purchased the 4 pack and leave them leaning against the wall when not in use. When it's time to deadlift, I set them up in less than a minute and have a completely functional deadlift platform. You can also stack them for deficits or lower height block pulls. My only issue is one of my four tiles has a portion that is raised and it can make it difficult to position the bar if that portion is under the weights.

I picked these up used early into my home gym journey thinking they would solve my dumbbell problem and unfortunately that wasn't the case. The design of the product is very impressive but when it comes to making them work with standard size plates is where the experience quickly falls apart. With the 1 inch plates I had, I could not get the built in collars to fit tightly against the plates. It was always a click away from a good fit and so the plates would have a ton of play and movement in them when performing lifts. I also quickly realized that the time it takes to change weights would stop me from doing certain dumbbell exercises.

I am a huge fan of the AB5200. After using a ton of different flat and adjustable benches over the years this one takes the care for the build quality, value and price even compared to benches almost twice its price. I am 6'1" and I can fit completely on the top pad which is great because it make the gap a non-issue. The pad material is firm yet grippy and has just the right amount of give. My primary training goals revolve around powerlifting and this bench supports those efforts perfectly. Some will say the bench is too heavy but that has never been a problem for me. Lately, there has been a trend to make benches into ecosystems that connect to lots of attachments. While I can see problem it solves for some home gym owners, I haven't felt tempted one bit to move on from my AB5200.
