The piece of gear I bought almost as a joke because I thought I was fine with my Tractor Supply brush. Man, was I wrong. The BB Rescue brush has made it far easier to clean my bare steel Texas Power Bar and keep it oiled and rust free. This brush is awesome.

Imagine cleaning without the right tools! A straight nylon brush on a round barbell? You wouldn’t brush your teeth with a toilet brush would you?
The barbell rescue is a genuinely helpful piece of maintenance, and I’d easily put it in my top 5 non-exercise related gym pieces. Helps spread oil, clean chalk and skin, and removes patina easier than anything else. AND it fits in a drink spotter.

I can’t believe how many years we went without having one of these. I think we could have saved our barbells from a lot of wear if we had one sooner! I will get anything in this green whenever I can. JenP

Great brush, and has helped keep my bare steel bar free from rust (granted, I live in basically a desert). Can you make a knurled option though?
