This is one of the oldest tenured pieces in The No Whine Cellar. A frame 7 pin plate tree. No clue if it was commercially manufactured or more likely a custom DIY build but I love this thing. 1” weight pegs make it so much easier to get plates on and off but it’s overbuilt with thick metal. It wouldn’t be able be my only tree as it can only hold 6 milled York 45s but it fits perfectly in the spot I had available under my barbell storage wall and in 8’ range of multiple racks and machines. Cybex Plate Tree with bar storage: The commercial grade plate tree is built extremely well, holds a ton of weight and is the home of my 2 curl bars. One improvement could have been main taller and space it out so you could put 45s on the middle pegs instead of being forced to only use the bottom peg. It can hold 9 pairs of York milled 45s on the bottom peg. Custom painted orange Purchased in 2020

The Mexicam 7 post plate tree is damn near a perfect tree. Being able to put bumpers or 45s on All 3 levels is a feature a lot of plate trees lack. This tree has one of my favorite features and it blows my mind it all vertical plate trees don’t have this, the vertical 7th post for 2.5s. The only knock on it is I wish i could for one more par of 45s on it by 7 45s on a peg isn’t bad. These came stock in white or black but I painted mine orange. Purchased in 2021

Decent all around competition kettlebell. One negative this is there is essentially a loose metal ball or balls inside some of them that make an obnoxious ting every rep. Have owned since 2013

I have have 3d printed j cup protectors on several pairs of Rogue Jcups between my monster lite and monster days. Awesome way to add some color to your gym and help keep from bashing your expensive barbells into bare metal.

I owned about 1,000 lbs of these around 2017 before upgrading to York milled plates. They are very hit or miss on weight accuracy, you will have a good porting of them at a decent tolerance but when I saw some of my “45s” weight in anywhere between 42-47 lbs I knew it was time to move on. Good plates if you can get for 40-70 cents alb used. Wouldn’t buy new.
